Pre-Application Meeting Request |
 |
|
 |
A pre-application meeting will provide you with information to facilitate the completion of your development permit or land development application. A complete application can help limit back and forth communication with City Administration and reduce review and process times. |

The Land Development Pre-Application meeting is for complex rezoning or subdivision applications where you have questions for multiple City departments prior to submitting your application. The pre-application meeting will give you comments that you can use to help you finalize your submission; a pre-application meeting does not imply or suggest any decision on behalf of the City, its staff or any agency representative in attendance.
For more information about subdivision or rezoning, visit www.edmonton.ca/subdivision or www.edmonton.ca/rezoning.

Pre-application meetings are ONLY for commercial, industrial, and multi-dwelling residential projects that are of a scope or size that require feedback from multiple City departments. See edmonton.ca/permits for basic development questions.
The fee may or may not be refundable depending on when a request to cancel is submitted. A pre-application meeting does not imply or suggest any decision whatsoever on behalf of the City, its staff or any agency representative in attendance. |

The Infill Pre-Application meeting is to help people who have interesting and unique residential infill development projects be more knowledgeable about the planning process and their roles and responsibilities in the neighbourhood during construction.
Development Services staff will provide information to you and answer your questions about the project so that you are more prepared before you apply for a development permit. For this meeting to be a success, please use this form to request a meeting and provide staff with all available information so that they can answer your questions thoroughly and completely.
